Dr. Robert Ploutz-Snyder is a research professor at the University of Michigan School of Nursing who has dedicated years of research with his team to implement the Michigan Overdose Prevention Program, a platform mean to support community partners of Michigan COSSUP. The purpose of my work with Robert is to develop deliverables to attract state and national level funding through grants and scholarship.
