Whitney Zhang

I am a researcher and analyst driven by the belief that technical precision and human empathy should go hand in hand. With a background in UX Research and Design and a Master’s in Business Analytics from the University of Michigan, I have spent my career learning how to listen to people’s needs and translate them into functional, data-backed solutions. I thrive in the space where complex datasets meet real-world challenges, focusing on how evidence-based insights can lead to better clinical outcomes and sustainable social change.

My work is defined by an obsession with detail and a commitment to integrity. Whether I am building a predictive model for clinical research, optimizing resource allocation for a nonprofit, or designing an interface for a mental health app, I am always looking for the "why" behind the data. I am particularly interested in roles that allow me to support mission-driven organizations and healthcare teams, ensuring that the tools we build and the analyses we conduct are used responsibly to empower communities and improve lives.

I am actively seeking a position for after graduation.
